The journey of ForeverMyLegacy.com has been a deeply personal one for me. After losing several close loved ones in recent years, I struggled profoundly with grief and loss. As I assisted in the planning of their funeral services and went through their possessions, I found the process emotionally difficult yet also strangely comforting and cathartic.
I discovered that designing meaningful, personalized items like prayer cards, t-shirts, program brochures, photo albums, slideshows and other memorial items helped me process my grief, reminisce in a healthy way, and celebrate their lives. Seeing the immense comfort these keepsakes brought to our other friends and family members during the funerals was incredibly rewarding. I will never forget the reactions when people would see the design – the tears, the hugs, the heartfelt thanks for such a thoughtful memento.
In the raw pain of loss, I had discovered something beautiful. I realized there was a genuine need for services that assist people with funeral planning for designs and creating personalized remembrances. Out of my own journey with grief was born the idea for ForeverMyLegacy.com. My goal was to help others celebrate the lives of those they have lost through cherished, customized designs that speak to the unique story and personality of each loved one. As I poured my grief into building the business, it became a deeply meaningful and healing act of remembrance and love for the people I will forever miss. ForeverMyLegacy.com strives to walk alongside others on their grief journey, providing comfort, hope and joyful reflection during the hardest of times through design.
