How It Works Get to know the process
1. Select & Upload
View our items on our Shop page & checkout when you’re ready. You can Upload all of your photos, videos, & text items on our site or via email or upload them to our Upload Portal so we can get started on your order as soon as possible
2. Design
After your uploads are received, we can get started & create a beautiful design that will memorialize your loved one & capture their essence & what made them special.
3. Approve
Once your design(s) / item(s) are ready we will email or text it to you for approval. Once you approve your items they will be sent off for production.
3. Print & Ship
Your item(s) will be sent to print after you have approved your item(s). Some items can be printed & ready by as soon as the next day. Others will be shipped & in your hands within 3-5 days.
